Amit is one of the founding principals of Rothwell Associates, LLC. At Rothwell he has a hands on role in all daily operations from construction activity to development and finance. With Rothwell he has built new construction and renovated homes.
Prior to founding Rothwell Associates, Amit served as the Operations Manager for H & R Development, LLC in Natick, Massachusetts. In the capacity of Operations Manager Amit oversaw and participated in all land improvement and construction activity. During his time with H & R, Amit completed single and two-family homes, and took part in the development of three subdivisions.
Before his career in construction and development, Amit was the Director of Research and Methodology at Envirosell, Inc. A New York retail market research firm.
Amit holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Michigan. He also is a licensed construction supervisor in the state of Massachusetts, and a licensed real estate sales person in New Jersey.
Pramit is the other founding principal of Rothwell Associates, LLC. At Rothwell, Pramit takes a lead role in maintaining relationships with subcontractors in addition to his daily construction and development responsibilities. Pramit's construction expertise includes materials procurement and oversight of construction.
Prior to founding Rothwell, Pramit was a Ratings Analyst in Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities (CMBS) at Standard and Poors. Here he was a ratings agent for credit ratings on Commercial Bonds as well as the lead systems developer. His research has been published in several financial journals.
Pramit holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Finance and Information Systems with a minor in Mathematics from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He has also passed Level 1 of the CFA.
