Q: How does Rothwell develop pricing estimates?
 
A: Our management team develops the preliminary budget for the project.  We analyze specifications and develop budgets using historical data and state-of-the-art software.  Budgets are then categorized into specific segments.  This process enables our clients to not only look at the big picture, but to also look at the cost of specific line items.
 
 
Q: What happens if I encounter changes during construction?
 
A: We anticipate that everyone will make changes throughout the construction process, therefore we have implemented a change order system.  The client will approve and sign off on the change order, generated by the project manager, prior to the start of any additional work.
